The Community Players will hold open auditions for CLUE the Musical Thursday, Nov. 18, from 7 to 8 pm and Saturday, Nov. 20, from 2 to 3 pm at the Masonic lodge, 120 N. Wilson Ave, in Jefferson. Special arrangements can be made for persons who are unable to attend either of those audition times.
CLUE the Musical is based on the board game by Parker Brothers. The scripts calls for eight people – the six suspects we know form the board game – plus Mr Brody and a detective. The cast will be composed of five males and three females.
Persons auditioning will be asked to sing a song to give directors an idea of vocal range. There is no internet or working piano at the Masonic lodge; those auditioning should plan accordingly.
Performance dates are March 4, 5, and 6. Rehearsals will start Jan. 3 and be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday evenings. The rehearsal schedule can be adjusted as needed.
